a torch to melt them out would work. or a big socket and a little socket and a big c clamp would get it started maybe

I would. It will make them alot easier to slide in. If you are worried about them comming out or moving around you can just spray wd40 on them instead. Do you still have the stock upper control arms on the phantim??

What uppers and lowers do you have and how do you like them? I am gonna just buy a complete prothane bushing kit when i get home to start out the suspension. I would go with more but I have to put money else where. I figure its a nice way to upgrade the stock suspension on the 93 I just bought before I left to come to my 2nd vacation to the box. They will go well with the mm full length sfc.

I got the BOI tubulars, Im pretty sure theyre the same exact thing youll get anywhere in a non-adj package. Im not too concerned about adjustability just yet, and when I get to that point, Ill be picking up some coilovers and a torque arm to replace the uppers anyway.

They come with good bushings in them and zirc fittings for greasability, just order the housing bushings at the same time, I got mine from stangsuspension.com <-- cheap and close to where I live

if you jump onto MM's website they recommend NOT using poly bushings on the axle side..
