Default car jerks/bucks when let off the gas

for the most part, when i'm just cruising, if i let all the way off the gas, my car will kinda jerk or buck whatever you wanna call it. it does this a couple times, then stops. and it only happens sometimes. sometimes its worse then others. it seems like its coming from either the trans or rear end. i know my trans is already on its way out? could this be it? also, i've got some elcheapo lmr control arms on the back, think they're just crap? i got them for free so i can't really get pissed if thats the problem.
and it did this before and after i redid my rear end. i'm just now getting fed up with it, lol.

The cheaper control arms can cause a binding similar to what you are describing. The more expensive ones are non-binding. In my old car I had a binding similar to that with my bbk control arms. Could also be your rear end locking up, but if it is new I doubt that.

pinion play? like the rear pinion? i couldn't see that. this happened both before and after i went thru the rear end. its happened since i've replaced the c/a's, but that was also when i put my motor in so i wasn't sure if it was the trans going. would it be the uppers causing this? they looked pretty weak, i was almost afraid of putting them on.

all my ignition parts are new. but you can feel that its not the motor. feels like its coming from either under you or behind you.

is it an engine buck?

it sounds like your describing a driveline buck. Is it an auto, if so it may be a lockup issue.
