a friend, or a floor jack with a piece of wood on it, some pliers, hammer and other small tools is all you need

I changed out the hinge pins in my S10 in about 15 minutes

dude, about yours chrome tips. there isnt anyone on here who is actually making fun of them. its just all in good fun. you need to loosen up a bit, learn to laugh with us instead of getting mad. anyway yeah you already know your door bushings need changed. the hardest part is getting your old bushings and pics out. good luck!!! youll need it. as for the hatch, just loosen up the bolts and move it which ever way it needs to go and tighten them back up. thats all. its real simple. your door bushing pins, some of them have a flat top, and others have a roller top. by rolled top i mean, you can take a punch and hit it a few times and knock it through the holes, but the flat top will more than like have to be ground off. and thats a bitch. good luck!!!
