Default Help with dipstick

Just bought a 94 GT with BBK equal length headers and it appears that the previous owner didnt install the dip stick properly. I need to get the oil dip stick back in the block, but dont see how to route the tube around those headers. Any help would be great!

Hard to describe over the internet, should fit in front of the header on the number 7 cylinder, its a pain in the a$$ trying to get it to stay in place to the header bolt

i had the same problem with my friends sn95. make sure that the dipstick housing on the block is not loose, if not you will have a hard time trying to stick it in.

lol thats awesome. I guess i could try that. Looks like the guy tried to route the tube around the primaries instead of between them.. is that right -- its supposed to go between the primaries right?
