so its the far passenger side bolt on the water pump. i pulled everything off to get to it. and there was a lil bit sticking out. bout 1/2 inch sticking out. tried getting it out. ended up breaking again to about 1/4 inch..... kinda frustrated cuz this is the only thing stopping my project... any ideas on how to get it out? i do not have a welder... or money to pay somebody to take it out that way.. drilling and tapping??

You could try a easy out. You would dill the center and insert the bit in the hole you made, then back it out slowly. That and plenty of WD40

pb blaster, mini torch and vise grips, if that doesn't work, drill and tap time
