Yea, I was only asking because I have heard bad and good things about the steeda cables.

You wil hear good and bad things about everything so don't be too hesitant. I am buying one in the next couple of weeks.

with me it was the heat from the long tubes cooking the plastic sleeve on the stock cables..
so look for signs of heat on old cable..
i took old spark plug straight boots slitted them the wrapped header wrap over it..i bought a summit cable to me they are pretty good

just dont buy a cheap cable such as one from autozone, checker, carquest.

Thanks for the input guys. I've decided to order the Steeda cable, billet quadrant and firewall adjuster.
