Default Changing gears and what else?

I am going to be changing my gears to 3.73 and would like to know if there is anything else that you guys would reccomend changing while doing this. Is there anything else that would be good to replace while doing this work. Thanks.

depends on what year mustang that is, or rather what year the rear diff came out of. Also is it a stock diff or aftermarket?

Go to synthetic differential fluid...expensive but worth it.

Yeah its an auto, but I am going to college about 30-45 minutes away from where I live and it is almost all highway driving. I think the 4.10 would probably be a bit much for that.
