Default Pulley driving me nuts / Other issues

I installed a new PS pump, and put everything back in to find out that now the car squeaks nonstop. It wasn't doing that before, and it's not the belt as it's a brand new belt (which didn't do it when I installed it, either). I used a pulley installer/remover and I am thinking I might not have adjusted the pulley all the way as that's what it seems like I did. I thought I got it enough, but apparently I am guessing it needs to be absolutely flush and show no spacing like shown. Pics below of what it currently looks like. Something tells me the pulley is not aligned perfectly and that's why it's squeaking constantly.

Also: the PS pump was leaking from the lower line (out of the top of it) so I tightened it a little better and now it comes leaking out the side at the fitting after every revolution. It wasn't doing this before, and I think it might possibly be the seal not seated properly and I need another? The pump definitely works and doesn't whine or anything like that. I did not overfill the reservoir either, so that's not it. Pic below of where it's leaking currently now.

Any suggestions appreciated.

does it squeek/squeal cause the belt is slipping or cause the pulley is making the noise?

It's a belt noise, not the pulley chirping. It's constantly squeaking and it gets louder if you put more RPM's on it. I have no idea why it's doing that because (using the same belt) it didn't do that BEFORE I took everything off and replaced them.

Nope the powersteering works fine. Just leaks, unfortunately.
