You have stock heads, Intake manifold, light bolt-ons, and a cam that runs out of steam at 5200rpm. Your car will not make any power past 5000 grand w/that cam and the rest of the stock induction.

really but after 5000rpms it feels even weaker than the stock before i was able to go up 62rpms . sorry about the dumb ? is just that am new at this u can tell

Did you change the springs? It might be floating the valves. But yeah, it's not going to make much power past about 5,000rpm.

not surprising, it's not uncommon to lose power with an aftermarket cam when you're running stock heads, not to mention you probably didnt' get the car tuned. you should have waited to do the cam install for when you did heads and intake as well.

You put a That flat tappet hyd cam in a fuel injected 5.0 HO?? Why????

Good question^^. Are you positive you got the timing right?? Its not a tooth off or anything?

Other than it being the wrong cam I bolded your main problem, Why people put in a cam and not change out springs is beyond me. IT IS MANDITORY!! To change valve springs when changing a cam. You might have reved your stocker to 6200 rpm but you were not making power. Your new cam is rated to 5200 rpm, why do you think it should rev higher?
