Default Mystery Problem

Randomly, I discovered my '94 GT wouldn't start.
I have ruled out the battery, ignition switch, starter and alternator.
Currently, there are wires by passing my ignition switch because it's the only way it will start. (There is a switch I have to turn on in which the fuel pump turns on and then I can start my car)

Has anyone ever heard of such a problem or anything similiar? Any other suggestions as to what I can test?

Thanks = )

+1. We need more details.
Does it crank, or what happens when you turn the key?

Sorry forgot that part...it's been a long day = (

It tries to turn over. You can hear it cranking but doesn't turn over.

I'm always on top of getting a tune up so that shouldn't be an issue. In fact, I recently replaced the wires and pick up coil. Cap and rotor are fine and so are the plugs.

Discovered a jacked up alarm system that was put in it meaning my "unlock" button ables and disables the alarm system and the last owner bypassed wires and jimmy rigged it. Not sure if that's the issue or not...
