Granted used engines can differ somewhat, but you wont get 40-50 hp difference unless something like a blown head gasket, rings that arent sealing, timing is way off, a:f is retardedly off, bad vac leaks, **** like that. Generally you'll know if one of the failures is causing you problems, and with a computer controling the timing and a:f its pritty hard to get that wrong. So to me its pritty impossible to see how two identical efi cars can have such a disparity. I hope you can explain away my confusion.

last count I think he was at around ~260

Well dynojet dyno explains it, still not bad numbers, but he does have a few helpful power adders lol, I thought he got that much by just tinkering with a totally stock motor setup.

dude i was just looking at your cardomain page..those numbers seem really low for your setup. i think you should go down to at least a 70mm TB. How come your tuner cant adjust how rich your car is running?
