try Michael Fox. He does good work, he tuned my honda last year and he squeezed out around 160hp at the wheels. Got me running in the low 17s

ive heard good things about a guy named Ed Clark. hes down in the Hampton Roads area. he used to do tuning at/for Steen Racing, but they closed their doors i think so you might want to find out if hes tuning anywhere else now. you could always go to LaRocca Performance. i think hes in Jersey. or better yet, JPC Racing in Glen Burnie, MD. Justin Burcham is a bad ****. hes a cool guy. ive talked to him a couple times(once at his shop and at a couple races).
