well as of now i can take engine out ship it back and they will look to make sure there is no mod to engine to cause this, then they send me a new engine(or my engine with a oil pump on it) or they will pay for parts which im about to order from summit and if that fixs **** its all good, if not i send back the engine then they send me a new engine.

Im going to fix it but i dont want to pull the engine i could easily but this is my current plan:
Put the car on four jack stands in the air, to get my big *** under there.
Put a jack under the rear end pumpkin for a little extra support
Put a jack under the tranny, undo tranny mounts and engine mount nuts
I already unbolted the headers.
Using the engine lift to pull the engine up to create space to take off the oil pan do some inspecting putting another oil pump on and what not.

Does this seem doable from underneath?

just unbolt the motor mounts, the back k member bolts and take out the rack....no need to unbolt the tranny, just jack the motor up as high as possible and it should come out

Do i have to undo the rack and pinion or does the k member drop a considerable amount?
how many bolts should i be looking for on the k member? I never took the k member before
