abnormal rocker wear, help!

go take another picture of the head with no plates or studs... like this... from directly above the second cylinder

And use an external light source, not your cameras flash!

alright here ya go, tried my best. i only took off the rockers/plates/studs from cylinder 2, if you need them all off let me know...

ok so obviously the misadjusted guide plates caused the rockers to wear, but...
here's my main question, could the worn out rockers cause the ticking? or do i need to look further?

spin the roller tips see how they feel, see if any of the bearings on the roller tips are worn out / damaged

well i took all the studs and guide plates off today, and it look as if the studs and valve tips are not straight with each other, but what the heck would cause that?
