Default Missfire at Idle.

Hi guys,
I have been trying to hunt down a pesky misfire at idle. I am not sure which direction to go in first. I have replaced PCV valve ,screen and rubber grommet, distributor, ignition coil, ignition module, wires, plugs. Pretty much the entire ignition system is new. It drives and pulls hard, but has a misfire at idle. What should I do?

Have you cleaned up your 10 pin connectors before?

The ones that look like salt and pepper shakers on the back of the intake. I am going to do mine soon to see if solves some of my intermittent problems. http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/?p=85

How would I be able to pinpoint a vac leak or an intake gasket leak? Carb clean trick?

And yes, rotor is new.
