I think it will pass smog Im still gonna run the smog pump and cats still so I dont think it should be a problem.

you needs do some more research lol, a 306 yes is bored .030 over, but a 331 is a stroker engine, as is the 347. the early 347 kits were bad, but as long as you order from a good place, you will have no problems whatsoever.

yeah you need to do a lot more research the bore for a 331 stroker is the same as a 306 30 over. a 331 stroker has a longer stroker which makes more cubic inches. i dont recommend a 347 as a DD but IMO i would go with a 331 and i have 1 and its my DD and it drives great i dont have any problems with it so that is what i would do and just take your time and get the best parts for it.

Yeah I have all the time in th world, Thats why im doing my research before I head into things.
Can I use to stock Computer with the 331? (stock i mean the MAF convertion off newer foxes)
Where can I find a good kit for this?

yes you can use the stock computer thats what im using but you need to get a tune for it. Thats what i need to do with my car im going to get a tweecer for my car. There are lots of systems you can use and to answer your question about a 331 stroker kit there is a nice all forged kit on ebay made by Hawks Racing thats a good kit
