EFI swap wiring questions

the car originally had a NSS and it worked properly with the auto. Ive had it with the 5 speed for 4 years now and have never tried to start it in gear. Im super super cautious before I start this beast up.
But I agree with you, eventually, i'll ho0k up a clutch switch to it. My goal now is to get this installed and up and running.
