any 5.0 HO motor will work.
all you need to make sure of so it works is that the bell housing is correct for the transmission. 94-95 t5's go with 94-95 bell housings. if they came out of your car together...they are matched and you have no worries.
just know you have one of the weaker t5's so dont abuse the **** out of it. only rate to 265 torque capactity, most 5.0's make more than that stock or really damn close. here is a chart, you'll see your 94 v6 t5 in there

yes sir. you can bolt it right up to a 5.0 without issue.
while its out make sure you swap out for a steel bearing retainer. replace throw out bearing, and when you get your new motor make sure it has a new pilot bearing and rear main seal.

So its a hole rearend, every thing is in it besides the brake parts?
how long will you have it for, i could come up with the money pretty soon and pick it up pretty soon also.
