Question Tire/Drag Radials ?

1990 Ford Mustang...Got 17x8 Offset:25mm all around car. Looking for a good tire match up for front and rear(drag radial). I'd like to have the rear 1in. wider than the fronts. I don't want it sticking way out pass the fenderwell tho. Whats some match ups?

275/40/17 will work safely on a 8 inch wheel.
