Question Ignition upgrade for boost

I was wondering what ignition box would everybody recommend for boost? I have a MSD ignition, but the rest of the ignition is still stock. I'm looking for a box that will retard timing as I enter more boost. I've seen a couple like the summit box and MSD 6btm, but it says to retard timing based on boost it reads from the MAP sensor.

A MAP sensor has direct manifold pressure access. Typically vacuum, but in a boosted car the MAP will read a positive pressure.
