Base Idle help plz?

ah k thx.

As for my base idle problem just had a question, why is it that when i unplugged my maf sensor i was able to get it to idle at 800 rpm, or strange coincedance?

So am i safe to assume all is good, and not worry that i have to disconnect maf sensor to get idle to 800?

Hey Dude! I had the same problem as you have described witht the idle not coming down. Only once the mass air was unplugged(like me). Try resetting your tps sensor. I had mine at .44(too low). Reset it to .98 and then high idle problems. I reset the computer with no luck. Lowered the tps back down to .60 and no she idles and drives fine. I have read some say that this setting is ok and others say stilck with .98. This is working for me, so it will stay for now. Good luck
