Default Lower Control Arms

I am at my wits end with these lower control arms.

I have them off from the diff. I have tried a impact wrench, torch, sawzaw, cutting wheel and everything else to get the bolts out on the frame end.

Is there something Im missing. The bolts have rusted to the metal sleeve inside the bushing.

I have new control arms so saving the old ones isn't an issue.

Did you try cutting both sides of the bolt? If you cut both sides the arm should fall out with the bolt stuck in the sleeve. Then just knock the ends out of the frame with a hammer.

Im sure youve tried a ton of penetrating lube and letting it soak overnight, but then I second cutting the bolts.
