I am looking at buying a 94 GT, however the dashlights or the wipers work. The guy said some of the fuses are not getting power. Anyone know what the issue is and how to fix it?

check the plug on the headlight switch for the dash lights ...that plug gets hot and melts causing it to short ...$25 dollar part
might also cause the wiper fuse to blow ..not sure ...if not it could also be the multifunction switch on the column for that

you'll have to get a wiring diagram of both those circuits , plain and simple no guessing will suffice for proper troubleshooting

mjr46 is right but its easy to check that plug and a very common problem ...so i would start with that ...4 screws and you will know if thats at least part of your problem
