You need to tell us if this car ever ran, and if it did what changes have gone on since.

you need to check fuel pressure/volume

my first line states it ran fine a few days ago. puled hard, no misses, spins tire sin second gear. Went to start it this afternoon and that happened. brand new carb,a dn nothign else was touched after i put it int eh garage two nights ago. fuel pressure is at 5psi how it always was.

pulled the cap off, distributer was in same position as a few nights ago, nothign is corroded..

hold the peddle to the floor and crank it, it may be flooded

tried that, just makes the eneigne rev a bit hgiehr but only on 1 cyl

if it is getting fuel, it may be a timing issue or most likely weak spark

i am leaning mroe towards spark, as i ddint touch timing, and im pretty sure it doenst jsut change overnight. Coudl it be my ignition coil is weak and only sending spark to number 1 cyl?

how do you know the other 7 cyl aren't getting spark???

k you need to check all the cylinders to see if they are getting spark. im guessing its flouded. did you rev it before you put it away?
