Default running lean. tps?

computer says car running lean. car is cutting out and is pretty much done around 4grand, sounds like it hit rev limiter. dont know much about tps and first time using voltmeter but according to my readings tps is 1.8v @idle, 8.9v @ wot and ref v is 10. could this be whats cuasing my issue. if so can it be adjusted or does it need to be replaced.

Your Vref should be between 4 and 6 volts. Just to be sure, I am assuming you checked this at the harness with the TPS unplugged. If you get more than 6 volts, the computer is sending too much voltage. I would check for ground problems before replacing the computer though.
