so i set my timing back up (jsut my ear, didnt use a timing light yet). but my dad notced i have some major oil burning issues. I did a compression test and its average 145psi, with 137 being the lowest, and the eneigne was supposedly rebuilt. Im thinking it could be improerly set up valvetrain?

you lack of power is from not setting your timing with a light. go get a light and set it the right way

get a light and blue smove is a result of either ring seal = cheap rings or not seated properly or valve seal/guide issues.

i think tis valve seat issue because when i did compression test on 3 cylynders prssure was good but it was fluctuating. Will get a timing light timorrow. what are the recommended specs?

stock is 10*btdc if you want a little more power bump it to 12*btdc and romp on it if it pings that means you need to use a higher octane gas. i had mine at 14* and could only run 93 octane anything less and it would ping
