The inner surface on the outer diameter are not critical dimensions on an axle flange.

The machined surface of the side the faces the drum is important.

Place a dial indicator on it. You can also do this with the wheel on. Just measure the runout at the bead of the rim.

Yeah I don't have a dial indicator but the axle flange was moving the same on the outer flat part. With the tires on and the car idling in first the tires wobble side to side.
