Default a/c problem in az :(
ok i have a problem with my a/c. the problem is the compresser won't kick on unless you get under the hood and hot wire it what could cause this and how can i fix it? thanks for the help every one

Have you had your pressures checked or had the system refilled lately? If the pressure is wrong the high pressure or low pressure switch will kick in and not allow the compressor to engage.

what are you hotwiring under the hood,the connector that goes to the switch on the dryer if that's what your hotwiring then that means your switch is bad

im hot wireing the compressor and yes the levels are good

ok well try the dryer connector and see if it will work then
