couple of 351w ?s

I know this pb sounds like a stupid ? but I cant find the info anywhere. What are the stock specs on a 351w as in the rod length and piston size ect. ect. the reason im asking is im looking into a 351w swap instead of a aftermarket 302 block and im trying to find forged internals for it but i want to keep it a 351 for reliability but I cant find a kit like that so I was trying to get everything seperate but dont know what sizes im looking for.

Also I have a 79 F-150 rotting in the driveway with what i have been told is a 351m or 400ci whatever its called would i be able to use that block or is that something different??

Thanks alot for any help guys.

351M isn't worth the trouble its totally different then the Windsor motor its a destroked 400 which isn't really good for anything other then a truck.

351 m is a truck motor and that's where it should stay!!!

the 400 is actually a good engine. I saw a builders shootout where a 400 beat all kinds of engines from different manufactures. I am sure you can google it and find it. The 400 does accept 351C heads, Cams, Timing Chains, Oil Pans amongst other small item.
the 351M is a good engine for what it is, just not to many performance parts for it. I would make sure you have a 400 and not a 351M
