Hmm, i've got a few pictures here of various parts of my car that i'd like to ask questions about. It's basically the vaccum system. Which of these lines can I completely get rid of?

This one broke off and the smog system hooked to it. There is exhaust gas coming out of it. I had a rubber hose and bolt in it to pinch it off. Can I remove that, and what goes in it's place when I do? I can't seem to find where the other end connects into.

This is a picture of the two vacuum hoses that hooked to the now deleted EGR. Can I leave those unplugged or do they need to be plugged into something ?

This green one also plugged into the EGR valve at the top, but is now disconnected. What should that be plugged into, if anything.

and finally,

The vacuum tree. Do any of these lines need to be removed now that the smog system and egr are removed? If so, what do I use to plug it off? Please let me know, as i'd like to make sure I have the vacuum system good before proceeding to other things.

for the thermactor air tube, unbolt it from the back of the heads and install a 5/8 x 11 thread pitch bolt I believe

the other vacuum tubes need to be plugged, primarily at the source so everything looks clean. i put little caps on the vacuum tree.

and like mj said buy the bolts or buy the thermactor plugs from summit, i think there like 10 bucks

Okay, so that metal tube that broke can be unbolten from directly in the back of the head (You can see in the picture where it bolts, but its on a collar like the a/c lines are into the back of the a/c compressor), and it looks like there is another steel line that goes into the side on the driver side of the motor (into the head). Is that where the other side of that comes through? I already have the bolts to plug it in with.

Also, the three vacuum lines that are unplugged need to be plugged? Where do they lead to? All the lines go into the fender so I can't trace where they go. I will remove them completely if I have to.

What hoses on the tree need to be removed? There are 4 of them connected to it, only one looks like it leads back to the metal tube that broke off.

This picture shows the vacuum diagram. If I am reading it right, both of the AIRD valves and bypasses have been removed, completely eliminating the need to use the red vacuum lines going into them, which should mean the red line going into the black hose on the plenum can be removed and plugged off, since that system isn't used anymore.

I just can't find where the white vacuum line and black vacuum line that came out of the two solenoids that were removed from the smog system go. Also can't seem to find what lines on the tree to disconnect. If somebody had some pictures of their EGR delete it would be helpful!
