Default stock rockers

all of a sudden now when i start my car you can hear a tick but it quiets down right away,and ive already checked my headers and i have to leaks so what i wanted to know its can i adjust the stock rockers? cause when i took my valve covers off i was checking them and where the tick noise comes from one of the rockers felt kinda loose how can i tight it down, wats the proper way to do it?

stock rockers are non adjustable it is normal after they sit to bleed off some, fix the exhaust leaks if you have some
