Stall When Hot
Hi guys, I've recently encounter a problem, while driving my car today once I had it running for around 30-45 minutes the car began to hunt slightly then die until it cooled off. According to the temp gauge the temp was well within range. I've read after a couple searches that this could be the IAC but I was under the impression that this most commonly affects the cold idle of the vehicle, I could be way off but at cold idle the vehicle seems ok. The vehicle is an 88 Mustang GT. The mods are as follows, MAF upgrade, MSD 6A, MSD Pro Billet distributor, Kirban FPR with BBK FP guage, BBK SSI Intake, #24 injectors, BBK 70mm throttle body, C&L power tube, C&L 76mm MAF, March ram air intake, electric fan with temp controller, 160 degree thermostat, as far as I can think of that the latest work the car has had done to it, there doesn't appear to be any vacuum leaks, however the problem seemed to start after installing the intake, could the IAC die that quickly? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Thanks.

The idle does kind of surge but for the most part it will just be idling then completely die off, also it does fire back up, however when fired back up it still wont idle unless you get on the gas for a minute then let it back down and even at that it will only idle for seconds then die again until it is allowed to rest for about 30 minutes then it will run like normal again.
