First off, i'd like to say that I'm new to the forums, but in reading the posts that I have, this sounds like the place for me.

After too many years gone by, I'm finally getting another pony. I'm buying an '86 GT 5.0 Convertible off a buddy for a good deal. When he bought it, I helped him replace the interior, windows regulators, top, paint, exhaust, and a few more items, so I have my wrench time into it. No engine mods yet, but those are yet to come.

Right now I'm interested in making it look a little more appealing externally. My wife calls it the "Driving Miss Daisy" car, and I agree that it needs a little something (it took me some convincing to get him to put a spoiler on the deck lid). What I'm trying to find is a body kit that will work, or even just the side skirts for now and a full kit later. But, everything that I've found is for 87+, and since I've been out of the loop when it comes to what will work on what years, I'm a little stuck on what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
