intake manifold question

What do you mean thread? Who is he? And why would you want to change the amperage of something?
IAC valve is the Idle Air Control.. It lets air into the engine while the throttle blade is closed. It is the thing that is bolted to the front of your throttle body. A cylinder shaped thingy...

iac valve
when i put my biger tb I plug my iac valve but the filament of the iac valve was in the way of my tb cable, so i had to cut the connection and i put a longer filament. do this move can have an impact ?

at the beginning the car has a ford 65 mm tb, i put a 75 mm edelbrook.the plug of the iac valve has not the same angle so i need a longer electric wire. i had to cut the wire electric and i put a longer one. can this affect something(amp)
i talk about my switch of 24 lbs injector to some guy that work in speed shop and they all say that it s impossible that the car take this switch with out a chip, new module or to enter in the computer to send the new information.

I have never heard of anyone that changed the throttle body and had to extend the wiring harness to the IAC.. Something ain't right with that.. You could have manipulated the wiring harness a little bit for some extra length.. The proper way to install 24# injectors would be to have a chip burnt to change the parameters in the ECM.. But a common way, that works, is to change out the mass air flow to one that is calibrated for 24# injectors.. That will then trick the computer and will work just fine.. With the car running unplug the IAC and see if that changes the way it idles.. If it doesn't change anything, that is a problem....

the maf will transmit that there is more air that is coming but how my computer will know that i put 24 lbs?
engine with out iac and maf the idle is at 800 rpm
engine with iac but not maf the idle is at 800 rpm
engine with iac and maf the idle is at 1500rpm
i can unplug my iac valve and there is no difference to the idle
engine with out iac and maf the idle is at 800 rpm
engine with iac but not maf the idle is at 800 rpm
engine with iac and maf the idle is at 1500rpm
i can unplug my iac valve and there is no difference to the idle

NEVER RUN YOUR ENGINE WITH MAF UNPLUGGED....
Leave the MAF and IAC hooked up.. Crank the car.. Unplug the IAC.. Did the idle change?
If not then something is not working with the IAC.. Either its bad, needs a cleaning, or your wiring is FUBAR..
Take the IAC off and spray some carb cleaner inside of it and try to clean out as much gunk as you can (if any)... Try it again.. Report back!!
Have you ran a self test diagnostic for codes yet?
