ive got a 95 5.0 and everytime i push her hard she will take a minute to shift gears and once she does it bellows smoke out the tail pipes and covers everyone behind me in white smoke what could this be? and also how do i get that freaking automatic tranny to shift on better timing its got a "shift kit" in ir but i feel like the rpms are too high for the shift. i'd love to tell you what they are when it does but my rpm gauge doesnt work along with the rest of my odo cluster
