Lower control arms with adjustable spring perches can definitely help. Are lakewood's adjustable? My MM arms fixed my rubbing issue, but then again it was only minimal rubbing even when at the lowest setting. After a slight adjustment the only time it ever rubs is the extreme rare occasion of 4 people in the car when changing a large grade.
