I only sprayed in 3rd and 4th shifting at about 5100rpm.
I didnt have my blowdown tube yet so they told me if I go any faster than a 14.0 I am kicked out for spraying.
so when I realized I hit 5th gear before the end of the track I let off.
I am going to the track on friday and am hoping to see a 13.5.
and then mabye turn up the jets to a 100 shot.
then to 125.
I have a rebuilt motor waiting to go in, and dont care much for this one.

I mildly ported the heads I am rebuilding today, got about 1lb of shavings.
I hope it will make a difference.

the exhaust ports look so small.

cool but man with those mods you should be 13s with ease without the bottle, 12s on bottle maybe more

I would just buy a 3 core..I buy mine from a guy on e-bay for 114.95..also but a transcooler and flush the coolant line to the trans

mabye at sea level but here I am at 2200ft above.
I went to the track today, and I didnt realize my bottle was almost empty.
got a boost for 3rd gear then ran out.
I ran a 14.45@ 96mph.
I beat my buddie with a vortec 4 psi.

I saw a 347 mustang run a 11.6 with a 125 shot, and 12.2 without.
I saw an older corvette stingray break into the 9's.
thats about t he fastest.
theres a couple of 68 novas running in the 10's, and they are built by the police.
they even have the cop lights on them, its kinda cool racing cops and knowing you are allowed.
