Paint for the mirrors and window frame?

Does anyone know the best paint to use to redo my mirrors and window frames?
I know it is a flat paint but what works the best?

If anyone has done it and has any tips Please tell.

just some plastic spray paint? id go gloss black.

if you want it like it is supposed to be, 5.0 resto has what you need, i need to do mine also lol.
