Its been like 6 months since I have messes with a motor but if I remember right there is an o-ring that goes around the dizzy or at least a place to put one. You can always add another breather to the other valve cover too.

are you still running your PCV? if so you either need to eliminate it and add another breather or go buy a PCV designed for boosted applications. your supercharger should come with instructions of how to dealwith excessive crankcase pressure.

my opinion is delete PCV and add another breather.

With a blower setup your going to have more blow by then an N/A setup, If its just a seal on your dizzy thats one thing, but you really shouldnt need a oil separtator on a mild blower setup, if its not just a seal issue, then u deff have an issue, on a blower setup your piston rings should be designed for that. If not then that is your problem.

did you delete the line running from the tb to the passenger's side valve cover? if the line is still there your blowing boost into the crankcase
