I know it sucks to think about, but seriously man, dont even think about a cam on stock heads. You could get a SMALL gain with a cam now, but nothing worth the time/money. If you cant swing at least GT-40s right now, just install some 1.7rrs and springs and call it a day, at least when you can afford some gt-40s or better you can use that stuff, and youll still see a benefit now.
