3.55s or 3.73s?
I know, here we go with this debate again, heh. My question is, how useable is first gear with 3.73s? I hate driving a car with a first gear you can't wind out a little at least. Also, how much time do you spend shifting? Alot? The tranny is a stock '90 T5 which has a lower first gear over the "World Class" variant sold through FRPP, correct? I was all set for 3.55s. I like everything about 'em until I found my stang had 3.08s stock. Now, I want to make sure I feel plenty of difference from my gear swap pains. Will 3.55s be pretty noticable or are 3.73s the only way to fly? Thanks.

3.55s or 3.73s?
the the t-5 with the 2.95 is very sought after piece...the 55's are a great all around gear if car is very mild than I would go with the 55's ..73 put you in that I can't decide if I want to start off in first or second area. still a good everyday gear.it's the 4;10's that's not much fun is city driving

3.55s or 3.73s?
I am at the same cross road as you are. I have done a lot of searching on the Net for the answer. So far I have come to the conclusion; For an all around good performing car 3.55's are the way to go. I do as much freeway driving as street so I need to have a desent freeway RPM. This seems to be the best compromise.

3.55s or 3.73s?
I bought 3.55's from vfast and put in my 95Gt automatic. I am very satisfied with them. My car turns about 2,700 RPM's at 70mph on the highway. And they put a quite a bit more punch in the petal. I think 3.73's would have been too much for me. I would tell you to go with the 3.55's
