okay so im getting a 06 roush drivetrain and any other parts i need and im wanting to swap them into my 83 gt. has this been done yet??? im shooting for a magazine article when im done lol. any imput it appreciated very much

you're gonna need to have a k-member for a 96 to 04 mustang to be able to put into a fox

o and also, you're definitely gonna need to upgrade your fuel system, a new pump along with new lines

There is alot of work involved. The only 3v motor I have seen was done by one of the big mag's. The biggest issue you will have from what I have read is the drive by wire setup. Other than that its alot of fabrication. I hope you are very mechanically inclined and have alot of patience....and money lol. Good luck and keep us posted on that one.

im getting the donor car for free, my boss is hooking me up with any parts off the roush i need. and i will have a full shop with lift, welder, etc to do everything i need and will have the guidance of my boss which is very experienced in engine swaps. i will be sure to post pics and everything i do each day. haha btw im only 19!
