Default valve spring help 89gt 302

hey,i finnally found my trouble i have a valve spring broke. but im wondering if anyone knows iff the springs differ for gt40 heads?napa only has the one listing.

if one spring is broke, I'd replace all of them as they are weak and fatigued most likely and upgrade them to some performance ones as the stock cam could benifit from such

then you need to state that in the first post and what it is.....FYI you have a broken valve spring most likely due to the fact you are using stock springs with a performance cam and since springs may not of been set up to cam requirements , coil bind most likely occured and that's why you now have a broken spring, you can't shop at napa for what you need......list the cam and then we can help get you the springs and specs that they need to be installed at on the heads

i really dont know what kind off cam it is and what type off springs were use when it was done bc ive only had the car for a few months now.all i kno its a after market cam and gt40 heads.is there any way i could know what type off spring to use? .

Yup.... degree the cam, find out the open/close events @.050", .100" and .200" tappet lift, total tappet lift (= ID the cam).... and then check what springs will support those specifications.
