Default TB question

My stock and new 65mm tb have different elec plugs for the egr and i was wondering if it mattered if i switched them. Also my stock tb and my new 65 mm tb have different location where the throttle cable hooks up at. I was thinking of routing the cable a better way so it would line up better to have a smoothercable pull when hitting the gas. Any help would be appreciated.

The egr has no electrical connection to the throttle body... it bolts on the egr spacer. You must be thinking of the throttle position switch.

the tb doesnt have any electrical connectors. however, the tps and iac both connect to it. so how about you post pictures of what you are talking about, because you clearly havent got a clue, and we aren't psychic
