Default power windows/ vert question

hey guys, i am looking at a 88 mustang gt and it has power locks and manual windows and i was wondering what is that best way to put power windows in one.

Also i am looking at a 87 vert gt that has some mods but i was wondering how much heavier a vert is to a coupe. i want a vert to be able to cruise around with the top down but i don't want it to hold me back too bad.

Well the easiest way to me would be to find whole doors with electric window's since all of the bracket's and everything is rivited in from the factory and it is very tight inside the door, and there would be atleast 400-500lbs differnce between the coupe and vert, considering the coupe is the lightest fox and the convertible is the heaviest.

the best and cheapest way would be to go to a mobile electronics store and have them convert it. it can be done because i am an installer and i've done a few.

if you wanna go about it that way the best thing would be to get the whole door. reason being is all the parts inside the doors or at leaste the most part of them are rivited in.
