Hard to hear anything in the video so I can't really help you out with your noise. If your oil pressure was indeed at 0, I'd tear the engine down, something WILL be hurt. Repair it before you cause even more damage. Only take a few seconds without oil pressure to start hurting the bearings

lol when I read your post I was like WTF??? ALIEN correctly, I thought of little green martians running around on your motor then it hit me, you meant "align correctly".....lol....anyway, run a mech pressure test before condeming a pump , oil system issue.

They'll bolt to it but won't fit the body. Not much is really needed, if you had a long block with balancer and flexplate/flywheel, it'd be a lot like installing a 302, all you'd have to fight with is exhaust and fuel system, then hood fitment.

...that small difference in compression is not enough difference to cause an issue, knocking noises, I'd look at bearings and wrist pins

OK so i torn down the engine and found worn bearings both mains and rods. crank would need to be re-polish and i would also need new gaskets.but at this point i will be getting a 351w/408w just have to save and do it correctly. oh and since i have everything out the engine compartment wire hiding and removing all unused items are in the process. pic of the bearings should be posted below.

That's too bad, but that's what I had thought would happen. Doesn't take long without oil pressure to destroy an engine. Glad to hear you're joinin the 351 club though
