Default 95 dash in a 87

ok so i was watch youtube vids of 5.0 i see a few with the 95 to 98 dash and center console in it. so i looked around for a crashed on and found one. i want to put this is my car i lkove the way it looks. i am looking for some one that has done this swap. what will i need out of the oher car to make this complete? will i have to do any cutting to the other dash? will i need the metal brace from the other body style? i would like as much info in detail as i can get thanks guys

It can be time consuming. The dash and its bracket have to be trimmed. You also have to think about what you want to do with your inside door handles. Some have relocated, some have trimmed them and some have made them work as is. The center console goes right in with no problems. No too hard I would say but you also need to know a little about the wiring too.

He doesn't mean from a car thats from florida. Florida5.0 makes custom gauge clusters with aftermarket gauges.

Hm, I'm liking those gauges, may get that. Wish there was a way to make it more OEM though.
