Cloud if smoke from tail pipe when I floor my car

Noooo, what was being said is that the oil that is at the valve seals isn't really under any pressure. So raising the oil pressure by hitting the throw isn't going to may them leak more do to the pressure.

I saw a pretty good built 03 04 cobra and when is nailed the gas smoke came out of the tail pipes, i don't the motor was toast. But in 89MustangGT89 case, you might be nailing the gas while the motor is still cold making it run rich.

Running rich creates black smoke. Blue smoke is oil bad valve seals usually create a blue puff on start up and all the time whether you're flooring it or not. Worn rings cause more blue smoke under load.

Ive posted about this stuff several times.... People will learn to search eventually.
Blue smoke under hard acceleration: Piston Rings
Blue smoke under engine deceleration: Valve Guides
Blue smoke on cold start: Valve seals
You car likely has a crankcase pressurization issue that is causing oil to get up into your cylinders. OR, your PCV system is sucking in too much oil, causing it to pool in the intake and run down into the cylinders.
