I'm new to the game, and just purchased a 91' notchback completely stock with 80,000mi. Where do I start to get as much horsepower as I can without supercharging or nos?
And are there any manufacturers I should stay away from?<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley8.gif border="0">

By exhaust, he means full including headers, and intake means not only filter and extention, get a new mass air and new Throttle body with new injectors and fuel pump. New thermostat too. Stay far far far away from Flowtech products, and BBK H pipes - they hang too low. Otherwise, you're good to go, make sure you buy from quality manufacturers, Ford Racing Performance Parts is among the best, along with MAC, Pro 5.0 for the shifter, BBK, Bassani, Magnaflow, Flowmaster, K&amp;N intake, Bosch...</P>

Have some fun</P>

deffinitly get some good tires. I also have a 91 notch and because there so light also in combination with some gears the tires spin really easy. <edited><editID>dohc_cobra</editID><editDate>37942.1814814815</editDate></edited>
