Default Decision assistance

Hey guys (and gals), I just picked up a real cherry 94 GT and think I'm going to go with a KB Blower. I don't want a track-star, just something fun for the street. After perusing around these forums I find that (like anything else) people all do things differently...so here's a few questions:

1.) I don't want to go through a MAJOR re-work job on the car, just some bolt-in fun....Can I go with the 8-9 lbs of boost on the stock injectors and FP? Or should I look to replace...and if so - which?

2.) The car is already chipped...guess that needs to come out right? It's a superchips chip if that helps.

3.) Dyno tuning - Anyone know of a good place in the Philly area?

4.) After supercharging...what type of brake\suspension upgrades are going to be NECESSARY?? Again, I'm not going to the dragstrip or local Nascar venue....just want something that's fun and really lays down the rubber when I want it to. (Like at a light next to one of those damn shopping carts with fart mufflers...)

5.) What kind of job am I getting myself into?? (level of effort\time)

Thanks in advance dudes and dudettes!

Default RE: Decision assistance

i would go with 24 lbs injectors maybe even 36 lbs inj
upgrade the fuel pump to at least a 155 lph pump
a set of upper and lower control arms as well as a good set
of tires get 275/40/zr 17 for the rears
you will need this stuff if you are gonna go with a s/c
if you dont add the fuel upgrade you will be wasting your money
the injectors are pretty simple you have to take off the upper
plenum intake to get to them, the fuel pump you will have to
drop the tank also, the upper and lower control arms are
not hard to install, it is the cash to get all this stuff is what takes
time.

I would also look at getting headers and a cat back, the blower will really be choked down otherwise.

Thanks for the input guys...all it takes is money right??

Also - already have a full exhaust system and am running 275's all around. I'll probably buy new rims (10.5) in the back for some fatter rubber....295's or 305's baby!
